Defending the 2nd Amendment

Wyoming has a proud tradition of firearm ownership and self-defense. We support Constitutional Carry and will oppose any red-flag laws, registry schemes, or federal attempts to infringe upon the rights of law-abiding citizens.

Low Taxes & Less Regulation

A thriving economy requires a light regulatory touch. We fight to keep Wyoming free of personal or corporate income taxes, slash bureaucratic red tape for small businesses, and maintain a balanced state budget without raiding the pockets of taxpayers.

Energy Independence

Wyoming powers America. We proudly support our mining, drilling, and ranching communities. We will continue to push back against extreme environmental agendas that threaten Wyoming jobs and American energy security.

Family & Education

Parents have the fundamental right to direct the education and upbringing of their children. We support school choice, curriculum transparency, and protecting girls' sports, ensuring our schools focus on academic excellence rather than political agendas.

Stopping Judicial Overreach

​

The role of the judiciary is to interpret the law as written, not to legislate from the bench. For too long, activist judges have stretched constitutional boundaries to impose political agendas that voters never approved. We support a judicial system that respects the separation of powers and remains strictly accountable to the Constitution and the people of Wyoming.

 

We must:

• Appoint Strict Constructionists: Support judicial nominees who understand their duty is to apply the law, not invent it.

• Defend Legislative Authority: Oppose any attempts by the courts to strike down constitutional laws passed by the people's elected representatives.

• Protect Wyoming’s Sovereignty: Push back against out-of-state federal judges who attempt to rewrite Wyoming laws or lock up our public lands through judicial fiat.
